Machine Operative

This technical operator role is within our factory Cleanroom and requires a very high level of physical health and fitness to operate our specialized machinery. As a machine operative you are essential in our manufacturing process, ensuring the quality of product and efficient operation of machinery and equipment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our overall production goals and mission statement.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.This is a permanent role with an employment contract, Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm, plus there is overtime available. You will be on a fixed hourly rate, with a generous production bonus which is easily attainable.We are a family owned company based in East Grinstead, we are looking for someone to join our team. We will train you in all aspects of the machine operation, hygiene, health and safety, and quality so that you can be a success.
