Support Worker

Support Worker FTE salary is 24,375.00 per annum (based on 12.50ph) Felbridge Drivers with a full UK license. Residential service supporting 6 PWS (Prader-Willi syndrome), who all require a high level of support, for severe LD and health needs, the PWS in this service are of older age and are wheelchair users and mainly non-verbal. We need proactive members of staff in this service who are not shy of hard work and will assist the guys out on activities and keep them busy, whilst ensuring they are safe. Overview Full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) worked fully flexible across the 7-day week, according to the needs of the service. Shift times are typically earlies (7am-2pm), lates (2pm-9pm) and sleep ins (9pm-11pm + sleep in till 7am) however, hours can vary so flexibility required.
