Family Solicitor / Legal Executive Location: Scunthorpe Salary: 40-65K plus excellent benefits package. We are now seeking a Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Family Executive to join their team. Key Requirements We are looking for a qualified legal professional with a minimum of 1 year PQE and a confident, proactive approach to managing a caseload. Must-have skills and experience: Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive Experience across matrimonial matters, injunctions, and private children law Advocacy experience and confidence attending court Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Any Legal Aid experience would also be advantageous Role & Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of family matters, with a particular focus on private law children and injunctions. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to run files from instruction through to resolution while being part of a well-supported and collegiate legal team.
