Associate Project Manager – Care Home Projects Remote (travel to sites in South/South East England) Salary up to £80,000 Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Role We are seeking a highly motivatedAssociate Project Managerto join a growing team, with a focus onCare Home development and refurbishment projects . You will support the successful delivery of new build, extension, and renovation schemes across a vast portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of care-specific design and compliance.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the well-being and quality of life for elderly residents across the UK.Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end delivery of care home projects from feasibility through to completion Work closely with senior project managers, contractors, consultants, and care providers Assist with programme scheduling, budget management, and procurement processes Ensure compliance with CQC standards, Building Regulations, and specialist design principles Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, design teams, and internal departments Monitor project performance, report on progress, and proactively identify risks Attend site visits and meetings across multiple locationsWhat We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in project management or construction consultancy (preferably with healthcare or care home projects). Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline Working knowledge of health 'safety, building compliance, and planning frameworks relevant to care environments Strong communication and organisational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools Experience working within a regulated environment such as CQC is highly desirableWhy Join this business?
