You’ll work with some of the most prominent organisations, helping them develop innovative and impactful benefits strategies.What you’ll do: Act as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of large, complex clients Lead benefit strategy reviews and shape long-term employee wellbeing outcomes Drive commercial growth and support cross-functional collaboration Contribute to market visibility through events, content, and thought leadership Mentor and influence internal teams while setting direction for the wider regionRequirements: Deep experience in the Employee Benefits industry specifically across Group Risk and Healthcare Strong leadership presence and proven success in client management Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth Up-to-date knowledge of Employee Benefits and market trends A collaborative mindset and the ability to elevate conversations beyond your immediate remitWhy this role?
