You will have full responsibility for operational performance, people leadership, compliance, and commercial growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee hub operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Develop workflows suitable for a growing business.People Management: Recruit, onboard, and train care teams. Foster a positive culture, lead performance appraisals, and support staff retention.Compliance & Quality: Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and GDPR. Lead audits and risk management frameworks.Commercial Performance: Manage budgets and cost control. Drive sales and revenue growth through local market engagement.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, commissioners, and local authorities.
