Job DescriptionAbout UsJameel Motors is the global mobility sector brand of Abdul Latif Jameel and the official distributor for Farizon Auto in the UK. Farizon is launching its innovative SuperVAN in the UK in 2025. These vehicles promise to transform the transportation sector with innovative, eco-friendly solutions tailored to meet the needs of the UK's van drivers and fleets.Role OverviewReporting directly to the General Manager, this role will play a pivotal part in establishing a high-performing team across functions including campaign creation and execution, regional management, fleet sales, training, and sales support. You will be responsible for developing and executing the companys sales strategy, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectives. This includes overseeing market entry strategies, sales forecasting and planning, and optimising distribution channel effectiveness. The ideal candidate will drive a mission focused on sustainable mobility and delivering exceptional customer experience.Key Accountabilities Sales Strategy Development and ImplementationDevelop and implement the business sales strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.Develop and execute thorough sales plans, in line with the business objectives, whilst also being responsible for the sales training system.Management of retail finance programs, including definition of strategy and selection of third-party finance providers as required strategically.Commercial Projects and OperationsEnsure delivery of commercial projects to agreed timelines, budget, and scope.Forward sales planning and forecasting, to support requirements of local organisation and production.Management of sales operations budget.Create KPIs/targets by which to measure the effectiveness of distribution channels, coordinating marketing intelligence, and building composite data for each of those channels.Customer Experience ManagementCustomer Experience management including but not limited to the delivery of the Customer Lifetime Communication Plan, CRM & SAP integration, and Customer Services (including Customer Complaint Management, Data Compliance, and Technical Support Team).Develop a customer satisfaction program/customer feedback loop to build advocacy for the brand.Team Building and ManagementBuild a new team covering business scope of sales planning, regional management, fleet sales, training and sales support.Overall accountability of the dealer management system.Knowledge, Skills and Experience10+ years experience in automotive sales and marketing, with particular focus on sales performance through a dealer network, sales planning, forecasting, sales process development and vehicle logisticsExperience of wider commercial function (marketing, aftersales, branding, communications, distribution) a key advantage.Extensive experience of network development, sales and marketing operations, customer experience, logistics, network development, preferably within the automotive experience.Strong affinity for networking, with a solid network of value adding business relationships across the Fleet industry.Personal AttributesHigh standards of excellence and passion for the automotive industry.Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Results-driven with strong decision-making abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities.Exceptional organisational and program management skills.Inspirational people leader, capable of building and motivating high-performance teams.If you feel you meet the above requirements and would like to discuss further, please reach out or click apply now!
