Event concepts & research, branding, marketing, tour management, production, logistics, talent booking, and event management are all part of our repertoire.Our event concepts/acts include: The Rock Orchestra // Silent Discos in Incredible Places // Illuminated Orchestra // Enchanted Voices // Secret SoireeAbout the role:The successful candidate will be in charge of advertising and marketing a selection of events in the UK and internationally, making use predominantly of paid social media advertising, always being mindful of innovating new approaches and making use of new tools in a fast evolving marketplace.Required Skills:A deep understanding & experience in executing a range of paid social social media advertisingA good eye for creative media and visuals that create successful campaignsA desire to find and test new methodsBe data driven and analyticalA basic understanding of events marketingRequired Experience:A grounding in eventsExperience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environmentProven experience in a senior digital marketing or performance marketing role within the events sector. Must have a clear understanding of the events we are selling and how to market them.Strong background in Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, or similar).Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Bonus Experience:Content creation skillsInterest in live music and festivalsSalary: 50,000Working Conditions:This is a full-time, permanent positionThe role will be based at our office in North Acton, LondonWorking hours are 10:00 18:00 / Monday to FridayBenefits:Private Health InsuranceGym MembershipDog friendly officeCasual dress codeCompany events
