Job Title: Machine Operator- Nights Location: Dursley Pay Range/details: 15.20 per hour (depeding on department) Contract Type: Temporary to permanent A leading Textile Manufacturer based in Cam, Dursley, is looking for a Machine Operator to join their growing team. The position is full time on night shift and after training the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join on a permanent contract. About the Role: The successful candidate will join the weaving or yarn department, operating high-speed machines and ensuring all products meet pre-determined specifications. You'll work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, contributing to high-quality textile production. Shift Pattern Monday- Thursday 22:00- 06:00, Friday 20:00- 03:00 Key Responsibilities Machine Operator Operate and manage a variety of high-speed machines Conduct quality control checks and maintain production standards Log and report any issues with sub-standard products or machinery Maintain an organised and tidy work environment Adapt quickly to new tasks and ensure flexibility in a fast-paced setting Candidate Requirements Machine Operator At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to work with minimal supervision Organised, proactive and able to work efficiently under time pressures Why join us?
