Senior Building Surveyor

fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Building Surveyor to become part of a highly regarded practice. With a strong flow of upcoming projects across heritage, healthcare, residential, and education, the role comes with a salary of up to 55,000 and the benefit of flexible working.This company was established over 45 years ago, with a large portion of its work coming through from repeat business. This role will work alongside the architecture and interior design teams from concept to project completion.Role & ResponsibilitiesLeading on building condition surveys, quinquennial inspections, and technical reportsPreparing and overseeing schedules of condition, schedules of repair, and expert advice for clientsTaking full responsibility for project delivery, including contract administration and project management from inception to completionLiaising with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and statutory bodiesAdvising on technical challenges and providing expert guidance across a range of building types.Required Skills & ExperienceA BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)MRICS or looking to achieve chartershipA minimum of 5 years UK experience in Building SurveyingStrong technical knowledge across building pathology, refurbishment, and construction processesPrevious experience with listed and historic buildings is highly desirableAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead teams effectivelyProven in contract administration and project management.What you get backSalary of up to 55,000Financial support for professional membershipsHybrid work options and flexible start times.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
