This role focuses on proactively targeting businesses that require driver recruitment and logistics staffing solutions, building long-term relationships, and increasing revenue.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Driving new business growth and client acquisition from initial prospecting to negotiations, offering a solution, consultative based approachSuccessfully managing the Northern territory through strong rapport building abilities alongside being a leader for the consultants who will be filling the roles Supporting the internal consultants through guidance and knowledge of the businesses they will be recruiting for Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referralsProactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market researchSkills & Requirements:A track record of delivering exceptional sales results in a territory settingExperience within the logistics or recruitment agency would be fab!An ambitious, thorough individual who is tenacious, articulate and driven A full UK driving license is required
