Job DescriptionNigel Wright is working with a global organisation thats looking for a confident and commercially minded Sales Support Manager to lead a customer service focused team. This is a pivotal role within the Sales Operations function, offering the opportunity to shape processes, enhance dealer relationships, and contribute to strategic growth. Youll be managing a team of six, working cross-functionally to ensure dealers receive excellent support and that the order book runs smoothly. If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing hands-on work with strategic thinking, this could be a great fit.About the role:The Sales Support Manager will coordinate and guide a team dedicated towards improving sales and dealer relations, you will be responsible for:Leading and developing a team of 6 Customer Service Advisors, you will coordinate and manage the team's tasks which will include processing orders, maintaining dealer databases and dealing with dealer enquiries.Managing dealer relationships, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Overseeing daily operations including order processing, CRM case management, and ERP data accuracy.Owning key platforms such as the dealer portal and order entry system.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support wider sales planning.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments.Experience / SkillsExperience in sales support, customer service, or a similar operational role.Previous leadership experience and a people-first approach.Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.A full UK driving licence (some travel may be required)
