Typical day as a Leasehold Property Manager Youll be the face of Home Group, responsible for a small portfolio of schemes, carrying out site inspections. Youll manage customer queries, arrears, anti-social behaviour, complaints and safeguarding. Youll work with customers both on a one-to-one basis and to facilitate wider scheme meetings and resident associations Youll collaborate with our maintenance colleagues and the wider leasehold team to ensure the scheme is compliant and has an effective planned maintenance programme Youll collaborate to ensure scheme service charge accounts are accurate and transparent for our customers.
