From high-value estates to complex trusts and succession planning, we provide thoughtful, expert guidance with care and clarity at the heart of everything we do.Day to day, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload covering: Wills and Probate Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection Trusts and Estate PlanningYoull also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to the development of the team, and helping to grow our presence across the North East.To meet client needs, youll spend some time working from our dedicated workspace within Flok, a vibrant co-working hub in Teesside that promotes collaboration and innovation. However, the role will primarily be based at our modern head office on the outskirts of Durham. Required experience, skills and attributes Were looking for a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE and recent, demonstrable experience in private client work.
