This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and dynamic team of fee earners, assisted by an experienced support team and a well-developed case management system to ensure smooth progression of matters and excellent client service.The Role You will handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, with a varied mix of: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)New builds and shared ownershipBuy-to-let and remortgage workHelp to Buy, ISAs and lease extensionsTransfer of equity and company mortgagesEquity release and title rectification (desirable but not essential)You will act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions.What We're Looking ForQualifiedSolicitor,Legal Executive,Licensed Conveyancer, or anexperienced Paralegalwith hands-on file management experienceExperience handling a conveyancing caseload with minimal supervisionStrong working knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislationExcellent communication and client care skillsprofessional, friendly, and responsiveWell-organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficientlyA proactive and team-oriented mindsetTPBN1_UKTJ
