Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Engineer - 38,000-39,000 Durham I am currently looking to speak to Electrical Engineers for a large commercial site based in Durham. The need is for an Electrical Engineer to come and join a 4-person engineering team and continue to provide an efficient service of maintenance across electrical and building services. As an Electrical Engineer you will be required to work a Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Excellent benefits offered such as AP Training, Private Healthcare, Overtime and more. Day to Day Duties; PPM, reactive maintenance Working on Electrical, Mechanical and general building services Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required. Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters All plant will be monitored on a planned maintenance basis regularly as well as dealingwith all reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come from a strong maintenancebackground and have the ability to deal with a fast-paced commercial environment.
