What youll do Lead and develop a team of Maintenance Surveyors, to deliver the right output, content and quality services Support customers by solving challenges and improving property standards Manage performance, and provide strategic direction for the surveying team Lead by example across inspections, preparation of specifications, and ensuring repairs standards are met Be the technical expert and lead on complex repairs, damp and mould, disrepair, adaptations and HHSRS Keep track of budgets and influence how we deliver great value. What you bring RICS, CIOB accredited Building Surveying degree or equivalent qualification and/or strong experience built up through your working profession A PCA QT level qualification or a willingness to complete this qualification Great knowledge of housing legislation, HHSRS and building compliance Confidence with damp and mould advice and managing complex repairs A self-starter mindset with care and attention to detail A collaborative way of working and clear, calm communication skills. Job details Youll work Monday to Friday Youll manage your own diary, so if you want to take a longer lunch for a haircut or swim, you can use your flexi time to manage that!
