Their mission is to provide the highest level of service to both new and existing clients. Key Duties : Ensure completed applications are correct and ready for submission as new business. Manage follow-on work including investing money, payment of pension benefits, and moving clients into drawdown. Issue letters of authority and manage responses. Obtain illustrations for new business across a range of products and providers. Liaise regularly with advisers on ongoing cases. Collate client information and prepare suitability reports. Manage cases to completion, using internal processing systems, with high attention to detail and accuracy. Skills Required : Essential : Minimum 2 years experience in a financial advice firm handling both new business and existing clients Good understanding of financial products, particularly pensions Desirable : Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office Experience with Intelliflo (advantageous but not essential) Apply Today For This Advisor Support Role : Submit your application now.
