You will liaise with the other departments to ensure product and aftersales support to customers within the North of England and Scotland. Key responsibilities include; following up technical enquiries, carrying out after-sales meetings, and ensuring any aftersales concerns are resolved. This would suit someone from an Agricultural or Mechanical background, looking for n exciting new opportunity to become a technical expert.
