Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our dynamic Durham team. What We Offer: * Competitive salary of £39,500 to £50,000 per year (equivalent to £760 to £960 per week), plus performance-related bonus * 29 days holiday (including public holidays) with additional days for length of service * 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Pension contributions, referral bonus scheme, and enhanced parental leave * Flexible working options – talk to us! * Accredited, ongoing training funded by the business * VIP Awards – colleague recognition scheme * Cycle to work scheme and benefits app offering virtual GP appointments, employee assistance programme, high street discounts, and more * Clear career progression in a supportive, national business What You’ll Be Doing: * Performing accurate vehicle damage assessments using Audatex or similar systems * Producing clear, cost-effective repair estimates aligned with insurer and manufacturer guidelines * Liaising with workshop, parts, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflows * Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers * Completing all documentation accurately within required timescales What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator role within accident repair * ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards) * Strong Audatex knowledge and estimating skills * Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail INDPER
