Building Surveying Carry out building surveys with detailed reporting. Undertake Red Book valuations in line with current standards. Complete fire risk assessments and dilapidation surveys. Project Management Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local authorities. Ensure high-quality delivery across all aspects of surveying projects. Your Professional Growth Work towards various different accreditations. Gain full support to complete your APC for MRICS . Knowledge of sustainability, retrofitting, and surveying principles. Familiarity with RICS standards and building regulations. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
