In return, you will become part of an energetic team working alongside our skilled and experienced Buying and Marketing team.What Youll Be DoingManage day-to-day operations of the website across product and promotionsEnrichment of new products to give customers the best possible online experienceContinual SEO development on siteProduct Catalogue management: Continual improvement of online product content, working with suppliers to source updated contentCreation and enrichment of online promotions in-line with the trading plan, paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlinesOnline promotional setup & configuration including banner operationsLanding page operationsSearch & MerchandisingBuild and maintain relationships with the commercial team and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations of online product and promotional enrichmentAid the trading manager by supporting to analyse key metrics (conversion rate, ATV, sales) and propose actions to improve commercial performanceBecome an expert in the operation of the website platform (Hybris) to ensure you have excellent knowledge of how to operate the platform quickly, smoothly and accuratelyClose attention to detail with excellent accuracy your work is customer-facing so needs to be best in class, first time, every timeGenerating new ideas, understanding market trends and new brands to continue to grow and innovate the websiteLeading projects to trial new concepts onlineAdditional Projects Across ECommerce And Digital As RequiredWhat we are looking for:Strong organisational skills, as youll be responsible for multiple tasks at the same time you will need to be able to prioritise and work effectively under pressureA passion for retail and the online customer journeyAbility to quickly understand how to operate the eCommerce platform (full training will be provided)Able to work both independently but also as part of a wider administration team and able to flex workload depending on the needs of the wider teamExperience working with a CMS (content management system) and GA (Google Analytics) is desirable but not essentialJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefitsCompany eventsEmployee discountSick payStore discountsScheduleMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay TypesBonus scheme
