Quality and Compliance Manager

Quality & Compliance Manager Dunstable | Full-Time | Manufacturing Were currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role responsible for ensuring products meet all BRC, ISO, HACCP , and customer compliance standards . Working Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:30pm (with opportunity to work one day remotely per week) Salary is negotiable , depending on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate BRC, GMP, and ISO audits Maintain the sites Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and HACCP plans Investigate and close out non-conformances and customer complaints Support NPD from concept to launch ensuring compliance Drive internal audits, pest control, and continuous improvement initiatives What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing HACCP Level 3 (essential) Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Whats on Offer: Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience 25 days holiday + bank holidays Life insurance, sick pay (after qualifying period), and referral scheme Flexible working with one day remote per week If you are interested apply with your CV TPBN1_UKTJ
