Live Bird Intake Officer - Process 1 (Team A)

We are looking for a Live Bird Intake Officer to join our dedicated team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Dungannon site. Key Information: Competitive pay: 14.82 per hour Permanent , stable employment Work Pattern: Working hours are 05.45am-17.45pm rotational Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun Week 2: Wed, Thurs Supportive and safe working environment Key responsibilities: Manage and transfer records/documents from farms to factory systems. Ensure welfare checks are completed and records maintained for each trailer. Verify all computer records for accuracy and completion. Maintain the flow of trailers within the factory to support production. Report breakdowns, issues, or discrepancies promptly. Ensure all trailers are weighed in/out and records align. Liaise with Process 1 managers on bird numbers and intake scheduling. Oversee unloading of birds, ensuring high welfare standards. Follow biosecurity and hygiene protocols at all times. Contribute to a safe working environment and uphold environmental standards. Support housekeeping of yard and lairage areas. Health & Safety responsibilities: Take reasonable care for the safety of yourself and others. Follow company Health & Safety procedures and wear protective equipment. Report incidents, hazards, or unsafe practices immediately. Promote safe systems of work and a culture of compliance. What we are looking for: Essential: Ability to read and understand English. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure. Team player with good communication skills. Computer literate.
