In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.Key Information: Competitive payPermanent , stable employment Supportive and safe working environment Training and development opportunitiesWork Pattern:Working hours are 06.00am-18.00pm rotational as a part of Team A.Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, SunWeek 2 : Wed, ThursKey Responsibilities Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work). Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Produce a high standard of work consistently. Complete packaging, labelling, and boxing duties. Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations. Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace. Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others. Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules. Wear protective clothing and equipment provided. Report incidents or hazards immediately.What We're Looking ForEssential: Ability to read and write . Numeracy skills. Good communication skills.
