In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.Key Information: Competitive pay:12.34- 12.56 per hour (role dependent)Permanent , stable employment Supportive and safe working environment Training and progression opportunitiesVarious shifts available:Team A:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pmWeek 2: Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pmTeam B:Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pmWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 6:00 am - 6:00 pmTeam C:Monday - Friday - 6:00 pm - 2:15 amKey Responsibilities Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work). Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times. Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Produce a high standard of work consistently. Perform packaging, labelling, and boxing tasks. Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations. Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace. Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.Health & Safety Responsibilities Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others. Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules. Wear protective clothing and equipment provided. Report incidents or hazards immediately.What We're Looking ForEssential: Ability to read and write . Numeracy skills. Good communication skills. English language proficiency .Desirable: Good interpersonal skills. A food hygiene qualification. Awareness of Food Processing industry standards. Knife handling experience.
