Job Description SummaryA senior commercial leadership role overseeing the financial, contractual and commercial delivery of complex faade and envelope projects. This position plays a critical role in margin protection, cashflow management and commercial governance from contract award through final account.About the ClientOur Client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering faade, glazing, cladding and remediation projects. The business operates in a highly structured, systems-driven environment and places strong emphasis on commercial control, governance and accurate financial reporting across project delivery.Roles / ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of commercial performance from contract award to final accountProduce and manage monthly valuations, CVRs, cost forecasts and commercial exposure reportsAdminister subcontractor accounts, variations, payment notices and procurement commitmentsProtect contractual entitlement through timely notices, claims and change managementLead the preparation, negotiation and agreement of variations and final accountsSupport procurement strategy, supplier negotiations and commercial risk managementAlign commercial forecasts with programme, design and operational changesManage cost control, cashflow forecasting, WIP, retention and treasury reportingEnsure accurate and compliant use of CoreLink, Business Central and related systemsProvide commercial input to recovery strategies, acceleration and resequencingLead, mentor and manage QS, AQS and commercial support teamsRepresent the business in client, PQS, subcontractor and supplier meetingsQualifications712 years commercial experience within faades, glazing, cladding or specialist contractingStrong contractual, financial and commercial management capabilityProven experience managing complex envelope or faade packagesSolid understanding of procurement, fabrication, installation and design workflowsStrong digital literacy with ERP and commercial reporting systemsConfident negotiator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage risk, protect margin and maintain governance under pressureBenefitsSenior management role on high-value, technically complex projectsStrong systems, governance and leadership support environmentOpportunity to lead and develop a commercial teamLong-term career progression within a stable specialist contractorCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you are a commercially driven leader with strong faade or specialist contracting experience and are looking to take ownership of complex project delivery, we encourage you to apply.
