From supporting managers with day to day operational needs, shaping recruitment priorities, and assisting with TUPE processes, youll play a key role in delivering practical HR solutions across the business. Were seeking an experienced HR Officer / HR Advisor to be the main HR contact for our Birdcare Division, while also supporting wider HR activities across the Group. The Role: First point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance matters. Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and employees. Support TUPE transfers, restructures, and consultation processes. Monitor absence and turnover, analyse HR data, and recommend practical solutions. Ensure compliance with legislation and audits. Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across sites. The Person: 23 years experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or operational environments. CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred. Strong knowledge of UK & NI employment law. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Organised, resilient, and able to prioritise effectively. Confident using MS Office and HR systems. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other sites. Why join us?
