Senior HR Officer Location: Dungannon Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience) Sector: Food Manufacturing / FMCGWe’re supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Dungannon to recruit a Senior HR Officer. This is a key role on site, focused on providing day-to-day HR support across a diverse workforce, including permanent and seasonal employees.You’ll be the main point of contact for HR at the site and work closely with the leadership team. There is support from a Group HR Manager at another location, but this is a hands-on role with real ownership.Key responsibilities:Support managers with employee relations, absence, performance, and recruitmentHelp manage onboarding and seasonal labour requirementsGet involved in staff engagement, internal communication, and promoting a positive workplace cultureAssist with training, development, and maintaining up-to-date policies and recordsBe a visible and approachable presence across the siteWhat they’re looking for:Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced settingConfident handling day-to-day HR matters independentlyPositive, enthusiastic, and keen to support wider engagement and improvement activityCIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferredThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more visible and influential HR role within a growing business.
