This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.About the RoleAs Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, supporting guest relations, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service, safety, and venue presentation.We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership, a commitment to quality, and the confidence to manage a busy late-night venue.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policiesLead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest serviceConduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellenceAssist in training new staff on procedures and customer service standardsManage staff schedules and monitor performance to ensure productivityImplement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visitsCarry out daily opening and closing dutiesSkills & ExperienceStrong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a hospitality xjdpvnf environmentExcellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiencesKnowledge of HR practices relating to recruitment, training, and employee relations is beneficialHospitality experience is essentialExperience in a late-night venue is preferredFlexibility to work late nights and weekendsLocationEdinburgh city centreBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
