Funds Solicitor

We are working with a tier-one international firm who are looking for an Associate to join their Funds team within their Edinburgh or Glasgow office.The Role:The successful candidate will join an experienced and committed team, focusing on private investment funds. The candidate will work across a diverse range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure, sustainability, real estate, and debt and private equity funds. The candidate will play a key role in advising international and domestic clients on matters, such as investment programmes and the structuring and establishment of funds.
