The role primarily requires a high degree of joinery based tasks.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLA's.Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities.Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis.Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Coordinators.Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout teamWhat experience do I need?Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and toolsPainting and Joinery experience is requiredPASMA certificate is advantageousExcellent customer service skillsConversant with Microsoft OfficeCurrent CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)First Aid qualification would be advantageousFull UK driving licence is requiredJBRP1_UKTJ
