Salary: £80,000 per year negotiableEnjoy a generous car allowanceBenefit from a 5% contributory pension scheme The Role: As a Supply Chain Manager, you will:Oversee supply chain process across various categories, including fabricated parts and AV hardwareDevelop strategic sourcing plans to meet project demandsCollaborate with the Engineering team on technical specifications and BOMsLead a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on development and mentorshipEnsure timely purchase orders aligned with project schedulesNegotiate with suppliers both strategically and tactically to optimise the supplier base, quality & costMonitor supplier performance and address issues promptly The Candidate: The ideal Supply Chain Manager will have: Proven procurement experience in engineering or manufacturingStrong skills in sourcing mechanical and electrical componentsExperience in strategic sourcing and supplier developmentAbility to interpret technical drawingsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsFamiliarity with ERP or procurement systemsCIPS Level 5 or 6 qualification (or equivalent) preferredThe Package: For the Supply Chain Manager position, the package includes: Annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000Competitive yearly bonusPension scheme and 5% contributory pensionCar allowance and life assuranceOpportunities for personal development and training The company is a global leader in producing cutting edge systems 'solutions , specialising in advanced motion control and measurement and simulation effects.
