Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate. £350 million turnover – Midlands RegionResponsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:Taking commercial responsibility for projects up to £10mReporting to the Commercial ManagerSubcontractor procurement/management including paymentsReporting of project financials Mainly utilising NEC Contracts Attending valuation meetings with client representativesSupport & mentor others on the teamExperience:Degree of equivalent qualification in Quantity SurveyingMinimum of 4 years’ experience working for a civil engineering contractorExperience working on similar projects
