You will play a vital role in ensuring our workshop operates efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and our technicians are supported in delivering top-quality work.Key Responsibilities:Manage and allocate work to technicians to maximise productivityOversee workshop workflow and ensure jobs are completed on timeLiaise between Service Advisors, Parts, and Technicians to keep communication clearMonitor quality of work, ensuring manufacturer standards are metMaintain accurate job records and update systems promptlySupport health 'safety compliance in the workshopWhat We’re Looking For:Must have previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Service TechnicianExcellent organisational and leadership skillsStrong communication abilities and a customer-focused approachGood IT skills and experience with dealer management systems (DMS)Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentivesManufacturer training and career development opportunitiesStaff discount schemesFriendly, supportive working environment
