Extra Care Scheme Manager Location: Dudley & Halesowen Salary: 33,833 per annum Hours: Full time Contract: Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of established extra care schemes based in Dudley and Halesowen . This is a key leadership role within community care, offering responsibility for service delivery, staff management, and regulatory compliance. This opportunity is well suited to an organised and commercially aware care manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within an extra care or community setting. The Role As Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the schemes, ensuring care services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
