They are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.Are you the right person for the job? A degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 3+ years' experience in the UK construction industry Proven experience managing construction costs and producing detailed valuations A good understanding of cost management & procurement Confident in working with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients across sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Comfortable in an office-based role with regular site visits and weekly site meetings Proficient in ExcelWhat will your role look like? Manage the cost process and produce accurate valuations and pricing for a wide range of construction projects Analyse quotes and control costs across labour, materials, and equipment Prepare and submit variations, interim valuations, and final accounts Attend weekly site meetings and conduct regular site visits (primarily in Sheffield, with some travel to Rotherham, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Newark, and Nottingham)What can you expect in return? 45,000 - 50,000, depending on experience Annual performance bonus (paid after your first year) Vehicle allowance or company car iPhone 15 provided 22 days annual holiday plus 8 bank holidaysWhat's next It's easy!
