Were now seeking a South-Eastern Area Sales Representative to support our growth and expansion plans.PURPOSE OF THE ROLEThis role involves managing local dealer relationships within a distribution-based sales model. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing, developing, and maintaining a portfolio of clients.Experience in the Power Tool Accessory or Electrical Wholesale sectors would be a distinct advantage. While the role is field-based, it requires regular travel across the South East for client meetings, trade events, and exhibitions.Armeg has consistently delivered year-on-year growth. Were looking for a driven individual to help continue this momentum through a well-executed dealer development strategy and a strong focus on launching new products into the market.You will play a key role in our UK field sales team, working collaboratively with other commercial functions in a friendly and supportive environment.KEY BUSINESS PRIORITIESDelivering high-quality, reliable products to our clientsBuilding lasting relationships with customers and partnersChampioning exceptional customer service and providing proactive, trustworthy solutionsAREA SALES PRIORITIESDrive business growth and client development through strong relationshipsPromote innovation and new products through solution-based sellingDeliver excellent service to both internal and external stakeholdersKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and carry out regular client visits across the territoryManage and follow up on all incoming leads and enquiriesAttend public, trade, and dealer shows, including build-up and breakdown participationConduct regular planning and development sessions with the National Sales ManagerIdentify new sales opportunities aligned with company objectivesOrganise and participate in sales events and trade daysMaintain exceptional customer service standardsBuild strong internal relationships with relevant departmentsProvide consistent and professional aftersales supportAttend regional sales meetingsComplete any additional duties appropriate to your role, as assignedPERSON SPECIFICATIONEssential Experience:Proven success in a field sales roleExperience managing external client relationshipsIndustry background in power tool accessories or electrical wholesale (preferred)Skills:Strong verbal and written communicationConfident presentation and negotiation abilitiesCommercial awareness and results orientationCompetent IT skills (CRM systems, Office Suite, etc.)Decision-making and problem-solving skillsPersonal Attributes:Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilientFlexible and pragmatic in your approachStrong service ethic and customer-first mindsetExcellent organisational and time management skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsFull clean UK driving licenceIdeally based in South LondonWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salaryAnnual profit share bonusFully expensed company carLaptop and phone33 days annual holiday (including bank holidays)Volunteering days
