At Little Feet, children are encouraged to develop their creativity, independence and curiosity through play, exploration and high-quality learning experiences. Working alongside a team of experienced and highly qualified practitioners, you will gain hands-on experience while completing your Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.What Youll Be DoingAs an apprentice at Little Feet Nursery, you will:Support childrens learning and development through play-based and planned activities.Help create a caring, stimulating and inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued.Assist with daily routines such as meal times, outdoor play and personal care (including nappy changing).Support children to develop confidence, independence and curiosity.Contribute to observations and planning to support each childs individual development.Work as part of a passionate team dedicated to providing high-quality early years education.What Youll GainA Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.Valuable hands-on experience in a well-established nursery setting.Ongoing support from experienced practitioners and your dedicated tutor.Online training delivered by Best Practice Network (no college attendance required).Excellent progression opportunities within the childcare and education sector.Entry RequirementsGCSE Grade 4 / C or above in English and Maths essential.Level 2 Early Years qualification desirable.A genuine passion for working with young children.A positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme.Apprenticeship DetailsHours: 40 hours per weekDuration: Approximately 18 monthsSalary: 8.50 per hourSafeguarding StatementThis authority/organisation is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, requiring all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment.
