You will be a key advisor on all financial and commercial matters, guiding the business through change and growth.This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that demands strategic thinking, operational oversight, and strong interpersonal skills.Key responsibilities include:Partner with the Managing Director on business performance and transformation initiativesProviding commercial insight to drive decision makingLead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecastingProvide commercial insights to support investment and operational decisionsEnsure compliance with tax and financial regulationsProviding confidential support to the business owners on matters including wealth management and estate planningTo be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role.
