Mobile Repair Technician

Mobile Repair Technician 33,000 per annum + Company Van Working Hours: 7:30am 5:00pm (Door-to-Door) North Derby / Nottingham We are currently seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our Facilities Management clients. The role will require traveling approx. 100 miles/day across sites, comes with a salary of 33,000 plus company van. Responsibilities for Mobile Repair Technician Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs Repairing doors and locks Lighting maintenance Unblocking public toilets General painting and decorating Ensuring high standards of customer service in public-facing environments Requirements for Mobile Repair Technician Strong technical knowledge of doors and locks Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven experience in mobile roles with significant daily travel Previous on-call experience (1 in 12 rotation) Emergency Lighting Training ACOP L8 Legionella Awareness IPAF 3a & 3b PASMA Full UK Driving Licence If you are interested in this role, wish to apply, would like more information or have any questions then please send us a copy of your CV.
