If youre ready to lead with heart and drive positive change across our homes, wed love to hear from you.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Regional Support Manager, youll work closely with the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they meet performance targets and operate efficiently. Youll be a key player in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across the region.Your responsibilities will include:Providing focused support to key homes, ensuring compliance and high standards of careSupport Home Managers in achieving centres of excellence with CQCIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional DirectorInterpreting performance data and quality indicators to inform strategic decisionsABOUT YOUYoull embody our core valuescaring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountablein everything you do.
