Nursing Home Manager (Joint Role)65,000Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager ready to co-lead a modern, purpose-built nursing home? Then apply TODAY!Our clients home offers luxury facilities with a focus on resident wellbeing. The home is set close to the town centre, with excellent transport links across West Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. All rooms are single occupancy with en-suite facilities, set within a bright, modern environment.You will share responsibility with a fellow Registered Manager, with clear responsibilities defined between the two of you to ensure effective leadership and ongoing compliance with CQC requirements.Youll be supported externally by dedicated Operations and Central teams, and within the home you will have the support of a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Hospitality Manager and Administrator.
