The Tenancy Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lettings process from start to finish, whilst delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities Processing references and drafting agreements using Goodlord Keeping prospective tenants and landlord updated regularly in the lettings process Ensuring deposit protection compliance is maintained Arranging check in and check out appointments Notices and end of tenancies Rent arrears chasing Rent reviews and section 13 notices Drawing up formal notice documents Processing renewal of tenancies Mid tenancy variation of contracts General support and assistance within your team and the department Key Skills Experience of a lettings department An ability to build great relationships with landlords and tenants alike Able to work under pressure and at a high pace Have great motivation to provide a great service and work on your own initiative Fantastic communication skills with a highly organised ability to prioritise A high level of attention to detail to be able to solve problems A good knowledge of IT skills is essential Benefits A day off on your birthday Annual leave which increases with service (initially 25 days plus bank holidays) Employee Assistance Program - for your health and wellbeing needs Company socials Referral scheme Parking permit provided TPBN1_UKTJ
