Role Description This is a full-time role for a General Manager, located on-site in Dorchester. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring staff, implementing strategic initiatives, and developing and maintaining client relationships. The General Manager will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across all business functions.
