That means one day you could be leading organic strategy for a brand, launching a TikTok influencer campaign, or driving growth for global brands on TikTok Shop.What you’ll be doing:Lead overall TikTok strategy for key clients - focusing on organic growth, storytelling, communities and recurring formats.Be the senior strategic partner for your clients - leading client relationships, running strategic sessions, performance reviews and ensuring TikTok ladders back to wider brand goals.Set the direction for influencer and creator activity for your clients — deciding when and how creators should be involved, approving suggested creators and overseeing campaign approachShape TikTok Shop strategy where relevant - using organic content, creators and live formats to drive growthOversee content output from your client team - making sure briefs are sharp, creators stay on-brand and the final content is something you’re proud to put live.Identify new opportunities for client growth - reactive cultural moments, influencer partnerships, long-term series or new TikTok features worth testing.Lead and develop your team - supporting Account Managers and Execs, setting standards, providing feedback and helping them grow into strategic thinkers.Support new business and pitches - helping shape proposals, leading parts of pitches and showing prospective clients how we grow brands on TikTok.Skills, experience and characteristicsGood understanding of TikTok and wider social media platforms - content formats, communities, trends, algorithms and how brands grow organically.You’ll have agency experience, with a track record of managing successful accountsYou’ve been the senior contact for clients - leading calls, setting direction and building trusted relationships.Confident challenging ideas, making strategic recommendations and keeping clients focused on long-term growth, not just single posts.Has managed or led a team - setting expectations, mentoring and helping others grow.Exceptionally organised - comfortable managing multiple clients, deadlines and creative production workflows.Calm under pressure, proactive with solutions, and adaptable when TikTok (or clients) change direction quickly.Hours:36.5 per weekMonday - Thursday 9am - 5.30pmFriday - 9am - 4.30pmWhat you get if you join us:
