Chief of Staff

Title: Chief of StaffSalary: £110k + stock compensationLocation: London (Hybrid)DESCRIPTION  Threecolts is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Chief of Staff who will be tasked with supporting the business as we scale. The main focus for this role is implementing and improving the operating rhythm of the business.  We expect that you can work autonomously, think both strategically and tactically, and take full control and responsibility for achieving your own and the business's objectives. Threecolts is the most comprehensive marketplace management platform in the world. Our company has scaled to 500 people in just 4 years.
