Planning Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in the West Midlands, which is seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their team on a part time basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely bar the need to attend committee meetings once per month. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning law, experience with planning committees, drafting agreements, and providing advice on planning regulations. Role: Planning Solicitor - 15 to 20 hours per week Location: West Midlands – remote working bar committee meetings once per monthContract Length: 3 months ongoing Key responsibilities of the Planning Solicitor role:Handle a mixed planning law caseload from start to completion.Attend committee meetings once per month (usually the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday).Be able to draft agreements and provide advice on planning regulations.Benefits included with the Planning Solicitor role:Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend on experience and interview performance.Remote working.Flexible hours.We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
