Criminal & Civil Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a Chambers ranked, niche litigation legal practice, has a current requirement for a litigation solicitor to join them.About the RoleThe role will focus on litigation and the successful applicant can expect a wide and varied litigation case-load covering both criminal litigation (non legal aid) and civil/commercial litigation.ResponsibilitiesYou can expect to be handling a variety of criminal files.Being involved in high profile criminal enquiries & FAIs.Handling some employment related cases, commercial & civil disputes.QualificationsApplicants will ideally be NQ - 3 Yrs PQE.Must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland, or are about to be.If already qualified, must hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate.Required SkillsCriminal litigation experience.Comfortable dealing with clients and appearing in court.Keen to develop their litigation career.Applicants will be given training on the civil side if needed.This is a great opportunity for someone looking for variety, autonomy and interesting case work.For further information please contact Lara Paterson on 07704 541 212 or at Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and all applications will be treated as such.
