You will provide high-quality advice on a full range of employment law matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on employment rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination casesManaging your own caseload independently, from initial consultation to resolutionRepresenting clients in employment tribunals and mediations as requiredDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policiesProviding clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal adviceStaying up to date with changes in employment law and advising clients accordinglyRequirementsUK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law (essential)Confident in handling cases independently within private practiceStrong communication skills, able to build rapport with a range of clientsComfortable working remotely with excellent organisational skillsExperience in tribunal representation is advantageous
